Today’s Free Selections 5th July
Posted on July 4th, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Flaneur in the 20.20 at Ripon.This gelding finished fourth to Kakapuka at Doncaster last month.He met a fair bit of interference inside the final furlong and only finished two lengths behind the winner.I think that was a decent effort and should be involved in the finish today.

Posted on May 24th, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Quite Sparky in the 16.40 at Ripon.This Lucky Story gelding ended last season with a decent second to Cracking Lass in a Thirsk maiden in September.He showed plenty of pace that day and was only denied close home.Today he makes his three year old debut and should be ready to do himself justice.

Posted on May 15th, 2010 No commentsHi Guys,here it is.Today’s 80/20 is Reel Amber in the 14.40 at Ripon.This filly put up a much improved effort last time out when finishing second to Puddle Duck over this course earlier this month.Today she drops to selling company which could be significant.She wears the blinkers for the second time and should be involved in the finish. -

Posted on April 23rd, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Molly Mylenis in the 16.35 at Ripon.This filly put up an improved effort last time out when finishing second to Mayfair Princess at Leicester.She was badly interfered with inside the final furlong and was a little unlucky.I think she will run well at a fair price. -

Posted on August 31st, 2009 No commentsAt Ripon today in the 2.30 Whirlijig should appreciate the class drop in the selling race.This Spinning World filly has rock solid form in the book to handle these.
Today,s 80/20 is Absolute Music in the 4pm at Ripon.This filly is well travelled and recorded a very good second in a Listed event at Vichy in July.I think she fits very well with these today and should be involved in the finish. -

Posted on August 30th, 2009 No commentsAt Warwick today King’s Parade should be very difficult to beat in this maiden at 3.40.This son of Dynaformer ran a good second to the well regarded Hoss Cartwright on debut and should graduate today
Today,s 80/20 is Skylla in the 3.35 at Ripon.This filly has certainly paid her way this season and put up a good effort last time out when winning a Haydock nursery in splendid fashion.This is her toughest assignment to date but she is improving and should run very well. -

Posted on August 14th, 2009 No commentsAt Newbury today in the 3.10 Arabian Gleam could run well in this decent seven furlong event.He is only lightly raced and this is his distance.Each-Way advised.
Today,s 80/20 is Suzi’s A Smartlady in the 2.10 at Ripon.This filly by the great Rakti is slowly getting the hang of things put up a decent effort last time out when finishing third to Bond Fastrac.I do not think this race will take a lot of winning and she should run well today. -

Posted on August 2nd, 2009 No commentsAt Ripon today in the 4.15 Cotillion should go very close in this maiden.This well bred individual met plenty of trouble last time out when finishing a fair second at HQ.I do not think this race will take a lot of winning and it is his race to lose.
Today,s 80/20 is Laughing Boy in the 8pm at Windsor.This Montjeu gelding ran better than the official placing last time out when fourth to Dove at Pontefract.He was not given a hard time after meeting a fair bit of trouble just as he was starting his run.I think he has a little more to offer and should run well. -
