Posted on March 21st, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Hoback Junction in the 15.00 at Plumpton.This gelding is slowly improving with racing and was a solid second to Action Impact earlier this month.He holds several entries over the next few days which could be significant.I think he will run well at a fair price.

Posted on March 14th, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Sophies Trophy in the 14.00 at Plumpton.This gelding finished fourth to the well regarded Lush Life at Ascot last month.He refused to settle during the race and eventually weakened two flights from home.Providing he settles today he could run well at a decent price.

Posted on January 31st, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Fin Vin De Leu in the 13.45 at Plumpton.This individual was a consistent handicapper on the flat and won a couple of races last year.Today he makes his hurdles debut in this interesting race and his trainer should have him ready to do himself justice.I think he will run well at a fair price and may give the favourite Alhaque something to think about. -

Posted on December 13th, 2009 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Shoreacres in the 13.35 at Plumpton.This individual was last seen at Cheltenham when finishing an excellent seventh to Go Native in the Supreme Novice Hurdle.Today he makes his debut over fences in this decent race and is sure to have been well prepared by his conditioner.He has solid form in testing conditions and a big run is expected

Today’s 80/20 is Quartano in the 14.50 at Plumpton.This talented individual has some pretty smart form in the book notably when finishing third to Pigeon Island last February.He has been off the course for almost ten months but if he reproduces anything like his best level of form he will go very close

Posted on May 9th, 2009 No commentsA pretty ordinary days racing in the UK but i think the consistent Treaty Flyer should complete her hat-trick at Plumpton in the 3.40.Her conditioner is in decent form and this horse won a little easier than the winning margin suggested last time out.
