Today’s Free Selections 10th August

Today’s 80/20 is Not So Bright in the 18.50 at Nottingham.This Sky Mesa colt finished a fair sixth to Chin’n Tonic at Newcastle last month.He did not appear happy on the rain softened ground but kept on in good style and was not beaten all that far.I think he has some improvement in him and will be suited by the faster conditions today.He should run well at a decent price.

Today’s Free Selections 2nd June

Today’s 80/20 is City Style in the 16.50 at Nottingham.This lightly raced gelding needed the run when finishing fourth to Harrison George at York last month.He has some pretty smart form in the book notably when finishing fourth to Donativum in the Breeders’Cup Juvenile Turf in 2008.I think he could run well in this fascinating race.

Today’s Free Selections 28th October 2009

At Nottingham today in the 3.50 Montego Breeze looks fair each-way value in this maiden.He ran Euston Square to five  lengths on debut and should improve today.

Today’s Free Selections 15th October 2009

At Brighton today in the 4pm i will give Moonbeam Dancer one final chance in this poor maiden.She has enough form in the book to take this and looks reasonable Each-Way material.

Today’s 80/20 is Diman Waters in the 4.10 at Nottingham.This gelding  was last seen at Doncaster in June where he finished a closing sixth to Lady Springbank in a maiden.I think he has a little scope for improvement and should give a good account of himself today.

At Nottingham today in the 3.40 Colonel Carter should go close in this maiden.This colt by Danehill Dancer ran a race full of promise in a Newbury maiden on debut .

Today’s 80/20 is Life And Soul in the 4.10 at Nottingham.This colt by Azamour finished ninth to the very impressive Workforce at Goodwood in September.He comes from the same family as the smart Mr Medici and is sure to show some improvement today.He could run well at a decent price
