Today’s Free Selections 3rd May
Posted on May 2nd, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Eton Forever in the 17.00 at Kempton.This colt put up a decent effort on debut when finishing sixth to the talented Fair Trade at Newbury.He looked the likely winner a furlong from home but weakened in the closing stages.I think he is entitled to show plenty of improvement today and should go close.

Posted on April 19th, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Brannagh in the 14.50 at Kempton.This colt ended last season with a creditable third to Fine Sight at Lingfield .He showed signs of inexperience but kept on in good style in the closing stages.I think he has ability and should run well at a decent price.

Posted on April 2nd, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Chantilly Tiffany in the 15.15 at Kempton.This mare has some pretty decent form in the book notably when finishing fourth to Spacious at Royal Ascot last year.Connections have decided to keep her in training another year which is significant.I think she will go close in this decent race.

Posted on March 22nd, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Ravethebrave in the 15.05 at Kempton.This six year old finished a decent fifth to Bostons Angel at Doncaster in January.He finished the race in good style suggesting he would benefit from the outing.I think he could give the odds on favourite plenty to think about today.

Posted on March 5th, 2010 1 commentToday’s 80/20 is Secret Stash in the 14.15 at Kempton.This gelding put up a respectable effort last time out when finishing second to Fahrisee at Hereford.He looked the likely winner two hurdles from home but still finished a mile ahead of the third placed horse.I think he has more to offer and should run well

Posted on February 26th, 2010 1 commentToday’s 80/20 is Vino Griego in the 14.00 at Kempton.This five year old put up a very good effort last time out when thrashing Recif De Thaix at Wincanton in testing conditions.Today he faces a stronger field but he is still improving and should run well.

Posted on January 15th, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Anak in the 12.25 at Kempton.This gelding was a creditable second to Westlin’ Winds at Plumpton last month in a fair novice hurdle.He could have a fitness advantage on some of his opponents due to the recent inclement weather and sets a fair standard.I think he could run well at a decent price.

Posted on January 12th, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Satwa Gold in the 17.45 at Kempton.This colt refused to settle last time out when finishing last of five behind Tripitaka over this course.He was not persevered with when all chance had gone and ran better than his final placing.Prior to that run he showed a good turn of foot when winning a claimer last November.He is still lightly raced and should run well today.At present he is trading at 5.4 on the exchange. -

Posted on January 8th, 2010 No commentsToday’s 80/20 is Freedom Fire in the 12.55 at Kempton.This gelding was a respectable third to Dinner Date last October over this course.He has since had a couple of races over hurdles which have been a little disappointing.Today he tries ten furlongs again and with the return to Polytrack should run well
