Today’s 80/20 is Palace Moon in the 15.40 at Goodwood.This gelding finished an excellent third to the well handicapped Laddies Poker Two in the Wokingham at Royal Ascot last month.He is still relatively lightly raced and has decent form in Group company.There will be a blistering early pace which will suit him down to the ground..I think he will run well at a fair price.

Today’s Free Selections 30th July

Today’s 80/20 is Puff in the 17.15 at Goodwood.This filly won the Fred Darling at Newbury this spring in determined fashion beating Habaayib by a neck.She disappointed at Royal Ascot last month behind Lillie Langtry in the Group 1 Coronation Stakes I think she will be suited by the drop in class and shorter distance .She could run well at a decent price.

Today’s Free Selections 29th July

Today’s 80/20 is Borderlescott in the 14.45 at Goodwood.This eight year old gelding finished en excellent third to Equiano in the King’s Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot last month.He was a little disappointing on his latest start at Chester but may not have been suited by the slow pace.He brings a good level of form to the table and should be involved in the finish.

Today’s Free Selections 28th July

Today’s 80/20 is Sharnberry in the 16.35 at Goodwood.This well related Shamardal filly comes from a decent family .She made 120,000 GNS as a yearling at Tattersalls last Autumn and makes her racecourse debut today.She has plenty of speed in her pedigree and should be ready to do herself justice.

Today’s Free Selections 27th July

Today’s 80/20 is Stone Of Folca in the 16.00 at Goodwood.This Kodiac colt ran twice at Royal Ascot last month.He finished fourth in the Windsor Castle and Norfolk Stakes in the space of two days.He travelled supremely well in the Norfolk and looked the winner inside the final furlong but ran out of petrol close home.Providing his stamina holds out he should go close in this decent race.

Today’s Free Selections 11th June

Today’s 80/20 is Confrontation in the 18.45 at Goodwood.This War Chant filly finished eighth to Water Gypsy over this course last month.She was just beginning her run when she met considerable interference and could not recover in time to make a challenge.I think she has ability and could run well at a big price.

Today’s Free Selections 31st May

Today’s 80/20 is Palavicini in the 15.10 at Goodwood.This colt ran well on his seasonal reappearance when finishing third to Sri Putra at HQ last month.He would have finished closer to the winner but he became unbalanced and was  eased by his rider.I think he will come on for that recent run and should run well.

Today’s Free Selections 19th May

Today’s 80/20 is Kalypso King in the 15.45 at Goodwood.This colt developed in to a decent performer last season and finished a good second to Champagne Style at HQ .He faces a very short priced favourite in this event but  is open to a fair bit of improvement.I think he will run well at a solid price.

Today’s Free Selections 11th October 2009

At Goodwood today in the 4.45 Cast Of Stars could run well at a price.He is entitled to improve off his debut run.Each-Way advised.

Today’s 80/20 is Warning Song in the 4.20 at Goodwood.This colt has some fair form in the book notably a third to Jira at Leicester in early June.He has been off the course for a while but a reproduction of his best effort would  give him a fair chance in this race.
