Today’s Free Selections 2nd August

Today’s 80/20 is  Norwegian Liberty in the 18.55 at Carlisle.This Statue Of Liberty filly was well backed on debut when finishing fifth to Tallahasse at Beverley last month.She missed the break but kept on well in the closing stages and  finished the race with good energy.I think she can move forward in this race and could run well at a big price.

Today’s Free Selections 14th June

Today’s 80/20 is No Poppy in the 14.15 at Carlisle.This filly finished a closing sixth to Bay Of Fires at Redcar earlier this month.She was not beaten very far and would have finished in the money in a few more strides.I think she can move forward today and should run well.

Today’s Free Selections 11th March

Today’s 80/20 is Mcmurrough in the 14.40 at Carlisle.This gelding finished a solid sixth to Boston Angel in January.He had previously run behind the smart Diamond Harry at Haydock and which reads very well in the context of this race.I think he will go close in this easier looking contest today.

Today’s Free Selections 10th February

Today’s 80/20 is Last Of The Bunch in the 14.10 at Carlisle.This mare caught the eye last time out when finishing third to Alegralil at Catterick.She finished the race in splendid fashion and was gaining at the finish.I think she has more to offer and could give the favourite plenty to think about.

At Carlisle today in the 13.55 Money Trix is an interesting runner in this decent race.He is a classy performer and should make his presence felt with a clear round.

Today’s 80/20 is See Me Soon in the 15.20 at Southwell.This individual was last seen at Newbury in January when slipping up in a race won by the talented Mad Max.He had previously shown he had a little ability when running well against Covert Mission last December.With a little improvement he could run well at a fair price

At Huntingdon today at 13.10 Seefin Mountain should go close in this moderate affair.This Linamix gelding has enough form in the book to take care of these .

Today’s 80/20 is Witherspoon in the 13.00 at Carlisle.This gelding ran well on his first start over hurdles when finishing fourth to I’Ll Be Frank at Hexham last month.He clearly needed the run and  should show a little improvement today

Today’s Free Selections 22nd October 2009

At Brighton today in the 2pm High Importance should go close in this contest.This Arch colt ran fairly well on debut against Sahara Kingdom and should improve enough to handle these.

Today’s 80/20 is Fiendish Flame in the 2.40 at Carlisle.This gelding ended last season with a third to Quinz at Haydock over the” fixed brush “hurdles.I think he will try to make all the running today over the bigger obstacles.

At Ripon today in the 2.30 Jack Luey looks a sound each-way proposition in this maiden.This two year old finally got the hang of things on debut when finishing  fourth to Ceedwell at Carlisle.

Today’s Selection 11-April-09

At Carlisle today in the opening race at 2.20 Sa Suffit has a great chance to make it all the way in this novice chase. Last time out at Kelso he made a bold attempt to make the running but was beaten in to second behind Chief Dan George. I think he has an easier assignment today and should go very close. At present he is trading at 1.89 on the exchange.
